Gregory Imber
Managing Director, Hyphen Digital
Director, Multichannel Strategy and Solutions, HCG

212-849-7721

Greg has been working in the medical communications and consulting industry for over 10 years. He joined the Healthcare Consultancy Group in 2002, focusing on professional healthcare communications and consulting. Greg and his teams have spearheaded the strategy and execution of large national and regional initiatives for compounds pre- and post-launch in multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, pain management, immunology, transplant, cardiology, and hematology.

His key areas of expertise/experience include:

  • In-depth digital research and strategy solutions to help clients develop effective programs that reach the right audience through optimal channels
  • Multiplatform interactive content development that can be leveraged across appropriate channels
  • Multichannel digital content dissemination for personal and non-personal education and promotion
  • Analytics and metrics to measure success of existing programs, optimize future initiatives, and inform digital strategy and execution

In his role as managing director of our Digital Group, Greg’s focus is on digital innovation and the integration of digital strategy and solutions into all aspects of medical communications. He and the HCG team combine technical and healthcare expertise to provide clients with a holistic approach to digital strategy. As physicians in today’s environment have become increasingly reliant on multiple channels, especially digital channels, to access product and treatment information, a multi-channel digital strategy is critical to effectively reach and to actively address the educational needs of the target HCPs. By understanding the online behavior of the target audience, Greg’s team works closely with the Account and Medical teams to determine:

  • What information HCPs are seeking
  • What sites, channels, and tools they are using to get their information
  • How they are searching for that information (ie, determining what terminology to use and own in your medical communications)

Insights from this innovative research and analysis have enabled HCG to develop and execute an effective multi-channel strategy for clients, leveraging digital assets across personal and non-personal communications for maximum reach and ROI.
